You are personally responsible for the settlement of your account at all times. 

Accounts will be presented after every treatment has been completed. Please do not leave without accepting your account.

This practice does not submit accounts to medical aid companies. Please settle your account promptly and claim your benefit from your medical insurance. Your medical insurance is compelled by law to refund you within 30 days.

Please make note on your receipt to inform your medical insurance to refund you personally and not the practice.

Discounts are available if your account is settled in full immediately after treatment.

Payment may be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. You may also utilize your credit card budget facility for larger amounts or arrange for a payment plan with our financial department.

Please keep in mind that we will have to charge you R50 per 15 minutes in case of cancelled appointments or if at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation was not given.
